Frequently asked questions

  • VenuePilot
All ticket sales are handled through VenuePilot. Be sure to check each event’s page, as some events may not be sold on our website and instead operate as a cover charge at the door.

    Advance Tickets
Advance tickets are available at the bar during regular business hours, or through our events page until two hours before doors. After that, tickets can be purchased at the box office starting one hour before doors, pending availability.

    At Falcon Bowl
Tickets can be purchased in person at the bar during regular business hours. Guests who buy tickets at the bar before the show date receive $1 off their first drink or bowling game.

    Third-Party Ticketing & Resales
Falcon Bowl does not sell tickets through third-party or resale ticketing sites. Tickets purchased from unofficial sources, including resale marketplaces, are invalid and not honored at the door. To avoid issues, please purchase tickets directly through our website, VenuePilot, or in person at Falcon Bowl.

  • There are no physical tickets for events at Falcon Bowl. You will receive a confirmation email for your purchase and your name and order will be on our will call list on the day of the event.

The ticket purchaser must present a valid photo ID to redeem tickets. All patrons are required to show a valid ID at entry to comply with age restrictions.

  • All online tickets sold for events at Falcon Bowl incur a $2.75 ticket fee. This fee pays for two things:

    1. Venue Pilot base fee for using their platform which stays standard and low to help independent venues like us keep costs low for our patrons while providing us with a cost effective and efficient tool to operate our performing spaces. Those that purchase tickets with cash in advance at our bar during regular business hours can avoid this fee.

    2. Facility Fee to pay for renovations, upkeep, and improvements to Falcon Bowl. While our bowling alley has been in service since 1915, the building was built in 1885. Every ticket  purchased in advance for our events goes directly toward maintaining and improving our historic Riverwest venue.

Other Fees – Additional fees include sales tax and credit card processing. Sales tax is 7.9% (Milwaukee + State), and credit card processing fees are 2.9%.
